How to Cook Lily Allen’s Favorite Dish

Lily Allen might give up social networking websites accounts, but she sticks to her favorite foods. In 2007 she said she liked mashed potatoes, but what’s her new favorite food?

 

According to hellomagazine.com, Allen likes sushi, which helps her stay in shape. "Lily is crazy about sushi and says it’s a great way to feel full without piling on the calories," said a source.

 

Here’s the recipe for Californian Sushi Roll:

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of golden caviar
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 1 cup of cooked rice, warm
  • ½ cup of vinegar
  • ½ cup of cooked crab meat
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ½ avocado, chopped
  • Wasabi paste

 

Instructions

Take a saucepan and mix the vinegar and the sugar, then bring it to a boil. Cook until sugar has dissolved completely, after which you will remove it from heat. Stir 2 tablespoons of this mixture into the cooked rice. Also, stir the sesame seeds into the rice.

 

Next press pickled rice into a square and cut it into squares. Press each square so that rice clings and dab wasabi paste on each square. Now all it needs to be done is pressing some golden caviar, crab meat, and avocado on all the rice squares.

 

In the past Lily’s weight has fluctuated, but the fish and rice combo should make it easier for her to maintain her figure.
