Besides Playboy, Chelsea Handler Has Other Interests Too – Healthy Ones!

Chelsea Handler will appear on the December Playboy cover. Comedienne and talk-show host, Handler posed for Playboy, but didn’t know how the cover looks – here’s where Jay Leno interfered. On his show, Jay presented a huge cover of the December Playboy issue. Well, Chelsea looks great, but what are her other interests, besides Playboy? How can such a busy woman look so great? She has healthy interests and stays motivated. “Right now, I'm pretty motivated. I exercise four or five times a week. I do sprints and work out with my trainer and do Pilates. I like to mix it up so I don't burn out,” told Chelsea Handler to Women's Health Magazine. She also eats healthy so she can have lots of energy. Like every human being, Chelsea likes salty and junk foods, but she’s aware of their side effects and tries to stay on the “healthy lifestyle” path. “I'm way into salt. If I could eat whatever I wanted, it would be cheeseburgers, french fries, pizza, Doritos, and Mexican food. I have to be careful because it's a slippery slope, and the minute you start indulging, you want more. But it works in the opposite way, too. When you eat healthy, suddenly chips don't sound so great,” says Chelsea. Some people live their lives by certain principles. Chelsea has six rules: Own one good pair of shoes – “They can make an outfit, no matter where it's from. Top off an outfit from Target with some Louis Vuittons and no one will be the wiser.” Don't cheat – “It's bad. If you're really looking to hurt somebody's feelings, just break up with them.” Remember that opposites attract - “In a relationship, the sum of your parts should equal more than just you by yourself. He needs to bring something new and different to the table to up the ante.” Swear—but just a little - “I really think that the more you say something, the more it loses its meaning, so use the f-word judiciously. That way, when you do say it, it'll have more impact.” Trust your instincts - “Don't think about anything for too long. Even if it's off-the-wall, go for it. You'll have a lot more fun in life.” Get a signature drink - “I love my Grey Goose vodka, with just a lemon or two. I like to clean out my liver when I'm having a cocktail.” In the previous paragraphs I said Chelsea is a comedienne. I saved the funny stuff for last. Here are a few jokes of her own: Facebook for the over-30 crowd – “I'm fine with over 30. But you must stop at 50.” Writing LOL in e-mails – “I hate LOL. I just write 'JLo.” BlackBerry addictions - “We never knew what we were missing until we had them.” Miley Cyrus - “There's only one word: OVER.” ©2009 Project Weight Loss. All rights reserved.
