Want to Be a Sex Symbol? Work Out like Usher!
By Alex Baran, Project Weight Loss Staff Writer

Well guys, here it is: Usher’s secret for looking hot; if you want an abs role model, pick him. It’s not all about genes; Usher has great abs thanks to hard work and discipline. Of course, every respectful good looking male has a workout regime, so what’s Usher’s?

R&B singer does 1,000 ab crunches a day, according to ShapeFit. He also does a “forty minutes of funk” cardio training: stretching, skipping and jumping jacks. That’s the warm-up; don’t get scared, nobody said it’s easy to have a great body.

Crunches bring many benefits, but their visible effects differ from person to person. You can get some shape and definition in abdominal muscles by doing crunches. Skipping helps improve cardio-respiratory fitness, coordination, and flexibility. You see, every exercise has its role into the program and it shouldn’t be done chaotically.

Usher does leg raises, push-ups, and tricep dips too. If you stretch before and after working out you can prevent muscle cramps. Leg raises are great stretch for the hamstrings. However, these exercises should be avoided by people with neck or lower back problems. Push-ups are great because they don't require going to the gym or any other equipment; they can be done anywhere, anytime. Tricep dips work the back of the arms, involving the chest and the shoulders as well.

A great asset Usher has is that he works out even when he performs on stage. ‘What do you mean?’ you will ask. Well, he runs, jumps, and moves through the entire show, doesn’t he? If that’s not working out, then what is?

Maybe you work out at your job too, but you just didn’t realize it yet. If not, don’t despair; just follow Usher’ steps and you will have great abs too.
