Green Zone – What’s Matt Damon’s Diet This Time?

There’s a new thriller coming with Matt Damon. Action takes place in Iraq and Damon plays Roy Miller, an old-fashioned military man. Did the actor have to gain weight, like he did for “The Informant!”?

 

Likewise many actors, Damon had to change his diet many times to suit his roles. The actor ate junk food and drank beer when he was preparing for his role in the movie “The Informant!”.

 

Usually Matt has a balanced diet, mostly low-carb, according to How Celebrities Lose Weight. Generally speaking a balanced diet means five portions of fruit and five of vegetables every day. Also, proteins and whole starch must be included in every meal.

 

A low-carb diet involves lean proteins, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and high-fiber fruits; e.g. beef, eggs, ea vegetables, spaghetti squash, sprouts, tomatoes, nectarines, olives, peaches, almonds, cashews, basil, chili powder, mustard, salad dressing, low carbohydrate beer, dry red wine, and so on and so forth.

 

Low-carb diets are great for people with type 2 diabetes because it improves insulin sensitivity. The Atkins is a low-carb diet. This diet needs moderate physical activity in order to achieve your weight loss goals.

 

A balanced diet can really make your body transform. “Green Zone” was released on 12 March, so you can see for yourself how this diet changed Matt Damon.
