Avocado and tomato salsa is great as snack. This low fat recipe is great with rice crackers or Lebanese bread. Here’s the recipe for avocado and tomato salsa, six serves, according to Delicious Low Fat Recipes: Ingredients 2 diced tomatoes 1 medium sized avocado, diced 1 tablespoon of crushed dried chili 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons of lime juice 1/4 tablespoon of ground cumin Instructions All you have to do is blend the ingredients until they get a creamy texture. This healthy, creamy snack is very delicious, especially thanks to the spices. Ground cumin gives the salsa a special taste.
