Just like classic elements of astrology, this recipe includes a great combination of earth, sea, and fire ingredients. “Earth, Sea, and Fire Salmon” has many positive reviews, so I’m presenting it to you. Cynthia Russell posted this recipe on Allrecipes.com and presented it like an amazing dish. Earth ingredients are potatoes, roasted peppers, and onions; fresh salmon is the sea ingredient, while the oven is the fire element. It takes 15 minutes to prepare “Earth, Sea, and Fire Salmon” and 45 minutes to cook it. Here are the ingredients for eight servings: Ingredients Pepper and salt to taste 1 jarred roasted red pepper 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 4 salmon fillets 8 ounces of portobello mushrooms 1 teaspoon of sesame oil 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice Instructions Drain and cut into strips the jarred roasted red pepper. Also, slice into rings the onions. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a 9x13 inch baking dish and coat its bottom generously with olive oil, where you will arrange potato slices in a layer. After you season them with pepper and salt, place over them a layer of onions, followed by a layer of roasted peppers. Each layer should be seasoned with pepper and salt. Above the last layer, place salmon fillets and season with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Finally, place whole mushrooms over fish and drizzle with sesame oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Potatoes should be tender too. One serving of “Earth, Sea, and Fire Salmon” has 327 calories, 15g total fat, and 55mg cholesterol. ©2010 Project Weight Loss. All rights reserved.
