Have a Salad to Cut Calories

Instead of skipping meals to cut calories try choosing low-fat dishes. Cranberry salad might not disappoint you because it’s a tasty, creamy salad, so here’s the recipe.
It takes 10 minutes to prepare the cranberry salad and about 12 hours to be ready. Using this recipe you can make 10 to 12 servings, according to All Recipes. Ingredients 1 cup of whipped cream 8 ounces of miniature marshmallows 20 ounces of crushed pineapple with juice 1 pound of fresh or frozen cranberries 2 cups of white sugar 1 banana, peeled and sliced
Instructions Grind the cranberries in a food blender or food processor, and then add the crushed pineapple, marshmallows, and sugar. Let the mixture stand overnight. Before you serve the cranberry salad, stir in whipped cream and banana. One serving of this salad has 1.5g total fat, 306 calories, and 5mg cholesterol. Besides it’s a low-fat recipe, the cranberry salad is great for its nutrients too.
