Famous Model and Singers Talk About Their Diet

The famous model Karolina Kurkova has 5’11’’ and is twenty four years old. She said she maintains her amazing shape by eating in moderate amounts. She says she is not the kind of model who starves herself, and the secret of her great shape lies in the fact that she pays attention to portion sizes.

Alicia Keys, the famous singer who won five Grammy awards for her album in 2002 stays in shape by following the 5-Factor exercise regimen designed by Harley Pastermak, the creator of The Five Factor. Alicia considers that a good workout consists of a jogging session.

Mary J. Blige amazed the world in 2001 when she lost more than forty lbs. A healthy diet along with protein shakes seems to be the key to weight loss success for Mary J. Blige. Mary also drinks almost one gallon of water per day in order to clean her body from toxins. Mary`s workout consists of cardio exercises and weight lifts. She focuses on her arms and legs. She lifts weights for three times per week, or sometimes she runs for almost four miles. Her personal trainer is Gunnar Peterson.

Catherine Zeta Jones managed to stay in shape and keep such a great figure for years although she says she does not follow a particular diet to stay in shape. However, she managed to lose her baby weight thanks to the Weight Watchers diet. She has also cut sugar and caffeine from her diet and she eats only when she`s hungry.

Catherine does not consume carbohydrates after five o`clock. She did almost thirty minutes per day of Pilates exercises and yoga for the movie “Traffic,” while for the movie “Barry`s Bootcamp” she also added dancing to her workout routine.
