Anne Hathaway and Her Passion for Sushi
By Oana Pop, Project Weight Loss Editor July 02, 2008
If Anne Hathaway were to choose two types of food she could eat the rest of her life, those would definitely be sushi and broccoli.
As a teenager, Anne didn`t face many weight problems, but for the part in “The Devil wears Prada,” she had to starve herself so that she could be fit for the role. After her latest movie, Anne stated she would rather go for sushi and broccoli for the rest of her life. Anne has always been thought about as a balanced and intelligent woman with a healthy way of living. Having starved herself to tears, she now chose a healthy way of keeping fit for the audience. Her sushi diet is mainly composed of edamame (baby soybeans boiled in salty spiced water), quinoa (leaf vegetable), raw fish, vegetables and fruits. This dish offers an alternative to high carb meals. Broccoli is a vegetable high in vitamin C and soluble fiber with anti – cancer properties, like selenium. It also strengthens your immunity system with anti – bacterial and anti – viral elements. The advantage of following this diet is to clear the body of toxic compounds and improve your overall health. The sushi–broccoli diet helped Anne Hathaway in her struggle with weight problems and became a very important dish in her feeding–circuit. After following this diet, she looked glamorous and healthy in her new movie “Get Smart.” You can see how eating can become a passion for combining healthy and well–balanced meals. Anne Hathaway discovered her passion for sushi and broccoli as a little girl, but only now did she have the chance to adjust to this diet, because starving herself wasn`t exactly the most appropriate weight loss method. Anne showed that you can adjust your lifestyle to your passion for good foods by eating healthy. Simply eating the right, healthy foods can lead to dramatic improvements in your well-being. ©2008 Project Weight Loss. All rights reserved.
