Maria Bello and the Secrets of Looking Fit for the "Mummy"

Ever since she was a child Maria Bello wanted to be an action movie heroine. She was thrilled when Rob Collin called her and asked her to be a part of the “Mummy” cast. Ever since she worked a lot to stay fit and look good on screen.

 

She has a cozy new house in California and while at home she likes to listen to Puccini, eat pasta, and curl on the couch with many books around her. She likes to read a lot and spend quality time in her home. Currently, Maria Bello is finishing the movie “World Trade Center.”

 

She is a single 39 years old actress with a child, but she doesn`t feel alone because she spends a lot of time, well the time is she is not on the set, with her family and friends. Taking into consideration the age we must admit that Maria Bello is doing a great job looking as she does.

 

Maria Bello had her ups and downs regarding her body weight. Her struggle with weight gaining is permanent. She gained 12 pounds in order to be rounded for the part she had in “History of Violence.” She felt good about her body, but when she went at the Golden Glove she felt fat in comparison to other actresses.

 

For her next roles she had to regain her initial weight. In order to accomplish this goal she has a personal trainer, Aimee Carpenter, who is the owner of Indigo Mountain Company. She sometimes goes for a hike or she does weights at her home. She likes to go with the flow, therefore when she starts working out she stops when she feels exhausted.

 

She also does Pilates at Embodiment studio. She admits that when she works out she feels better all day long. She is keen on working out, but sometimes she has a hard time including it in her schedule. She doesn`t have a special diet, but she uses portion control, which is a great method to prevent gaining weight.

 

Her son is another reason for her to look good and feel happy about herself. Her advice for everyone who wants to look good and feel better is: work out and enjoy the results of that effort.
