Chase Crawford in Shape Off and On the Set

Chase Crawford is an American actor who started his career in the mid 2000`s, having a movie part only in 2006 in the movie called “Long Lost Son”. Soon after that he became famous for doing his own stunts in the movie called “The Covenant”. But fame reached its climax only when he was in the distribution in the hit TV series “Gossip Girl”. 

At twenty three years Chase has everything to be happy about: fame, friends, famous girl friends and the support of his family. He likes to eat healthy and this he says is a good way to keep in shape. He talks about himself as being an artist: “I’m very artistic and it’s great to have that. I have a lot drawings and paintings up in my apartment."

Combing his interest in art with cooking, Chase is a man who likes to eat. Everything that looks and is also healthy goes for him. He likes the colors in salads and he says it`s a way to stir your appetite. Colors usually make him eat more. Chase eats whenever he is hungry, because his metabolism helps him a lot.

He is also keen on sport. He works out every day and also practices a lot of sports. "I like to play golf, I love sports, American football, basketball… and to eat! And play pool." He usually does all this with his friends because it`s good to have company and he doesn`t like to feel alone. 

“I like to spend time alone as well, but the best time is with friends around when you can laugh. It doesn't matter what we do are where we are." He used to go to dinners when he was in high school, but it looks like now fast foods aren`t his top priority. His favorite dishes are salads, pasta and oriental food.

He was a bit flattered when he was awarded “Most Beautiful Man” title and e says he doesn`t know what a heartthrob means. He doesn`t like groupies or sites which present him as a very appealing guy. He says that his only purpose is to do his job and be the best in the business. His motto in life is: "Doubt your doubts before you doubt your beliefs."
