November 13, 2008The hit TV show “Hannah Montana” made her famous. Miley Cyrus, the daughter of former country music star Billy Ray Cyrus, is only 16 and magazines consider her “one of the cutest pop stars to come along in a while”. Even if she’s extremely young, the singer and actress believes it’s not too early to start dieting and exercising to keep in shape for her and her fans.
Maybe it’s just a trend to have a personal trainer, like it is to have a Chihuahua in your bag. At 14 years old, Miley got not just a personal trainer, but one of the most famous ones in Hollywood, the best friend of Jessica Simpson, Jane Fonda and other Hollywood celebrities: Harley Pasternak, author of the 5-Factor Fitness and Diet Plan. Now that all eyes are on her, Miley decided she has to start paying attention to her appearance.
“She obviously doesn’t need to lose weight; she just wants to look great. She’s very motivated,” said one of her friends. Even though journalists made a big deal out of this and considered her too young to start dieting, Harley didn’t agree explaining that “it’s a program that works for any age”. For example, Miley eats protein berry shakes, mushroom-barley risotto, French toast with Ricotta and Indian style chicken with curried yoghurt and brown rice.
She also works out five minutes every day to stay in shape. When her diabetes episode from Hannah Montana got canceled, Miley decided to still support the cause and was carrying wit her water bottles from a company which was involved in a diabetes campaign called “Drink water, not sugar!”.
