Having a Body like the Hero from 24
By Alex Baran, Project Weight Loss Staff Writer

“24” season 7 is way better then season 6 even though season 6 was great too. Since Fox renewed 24 we can expect to see Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer again in season 8. How can you achieve a body like the “24” hero has?

Kiefer Sutherland admits it’s “harder to do the emotional scenes.” If that’s so, let’s see what you can do to have a hero’s body.

Lie face down with a back-extension position keeping both feet secured and anchored. Grab a pair of dumbbells keeping your abs and the midsection tight so you’ll have an optimal outcome as you will raise both arms until the body will come to a straight line position. After you hold to the position for few seconds, lower yourself down. This routine is usually done in 10 reps.

Take a pull-up bar with a handle grip. Raise the arms at a distance a little apart from the shoulder width. Next pull up with the use of the right hand along the right leg and knee bent concurrently. Once done and your chin reached the top of the bar, you should repeat the same procedure with the left hand and knee in motion.

Take a standing position with your palm facing up and a barbell. Curl the weight up the shoulder and lift the bar overhead. Next, rotate your palm from a face up to face forward position as you try to push the weights very high. In this routine twisting the wrists plays an important role in shaping and sculpting the biceps and the forearms all at the same time. After finishing the routine you can switch arms and repeat it for at most 10 reps on each side.
