“Little Dorrit” has won seven Emmy awards, defeating “30 Rock” and “Mad Men.” Among the awards received I can mention the ones for directing, writing, art direction, costumes and cinematography. “Little Dorrit” tells the story of the Dorrit family, who will find out about their rights to a great deal of money. Emma Pierson’s character is Fanny Dorrit, a worldly and extremely determined dancer. From this point of view there’s no big difference between the actress and her character. Pierson lives in London and comes from a family of adventurers, according to Wikipedia. Her father was a lieutenant-commander on submarines, her elder brother is a former snowboarding champion, and James, her younger brother, does free running, meaning he jumps between buildings. They all live in Islington, where the actress has a long-term relationship with Damian Village. Her hobbies include rock climbing and photography. Rock climbing has lots of benefits like full-body workout, improving body’s coordination, balance, and flexibility. It also helps keep mental and physical focus and dynamic muscle strength. This activity can bring lots of fun and joy. Many climbers admit they show more independence and self-confidence since they climb rocks and successfully complete the challenging climbs. They quickly develop their finger, arm, back, and core strength. Emma Pierson likes scuba diving too. Now this is something that anyone can practice. All you need is your doctor’s approval. Besides the feeling that you’re flying and the beautiful aquatic life, here are other benefits brought by scuba diving: it helps your emotional well-being and teaches you new skills. This sport allows you build great friendships at the scuba diving classes or at the club, increases your environmental awareness, and above all, it is a great way to stay in shape. Emma Pierson is another example of fit and physical active person. She has found interesting hobbies that keep her in shape and allow her to have fun and enjoy life. ©2009 Project Weight Loss.
