Who’s Supporting Bill Belichick? More Important, What Does He Support?

Bill Belichick tried a first down that would allow the Patriots to run out the clock, holding on for a 34-28 win. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and Colts won. Who takes the blame?

Bill Belichick took many right decisions with the Patriots, achieving three Super Bowl titles. Patriots players don’t blame Belichick for their loss. “Coach has a lot of confidence that we can get a yard and a half to win the game. ..... It's Coach being aggressive. I love that about him. He gave us a chance to make the play,” said Tom Brady, according to Washington Post. “He had faith in the offense to get two yards. I don't think it was a lack of faith in anybody,” also said cornerback Leigh Bodden. NFL Network analyst Deion Sanders supports Belichick’s decision too.

“We tried to win the game on that play. I thought we could make that yard. I thought we had a good play,” Belichick said. He always tries to take care of his team. During a press conference at Gillette Stadium, when asked if they take any precautions for the H1N1 flu, coach said: “There is nothing more important than the health of your team and we all know this is the time of year, whether it's that particular one or the colds that go around every year that get picked up and how they can spread pretty quickly in a team that eats together, showers together and is in the locker room together. Definitely, those are important issues all year-round, every season and this year.”

Here are a few tips for strengthening your health this season: Drink no-calories and no-caffeine beverages. You need to stay adequately hydrated in order to avoid diseases. Don’t you know how many fluids to drink? Divide your weight by two and you will find the number of ounces you need to drink daily. If there’s a hot weather or your lifestyle involves lots of exercises you should drink more fluids.

It’s best to eat unprocessed foods. Try to cut junk food, fast food, drinks with sugar, and white flour food from your menu for a while. An alternative would be nutrient rich, colorful foods, antioxidant rich foods, and foods with antiviral properties (e.g. broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, darkly colored berries, nuts, seeds, citrus, ginger, leafy green vegetables, garlic, onion, shitake mushrooms etc). Other foods not to be avoided would be peppermint, paprika, Aloe Vera, thyme, green tea, oregano, and cloves. Don’t forget to check if they’re organic.

There’s no need to panic with this flu. Like Bill Belichick said, you should take care of yourself all year-round, so you won’t be caught unprepared.
