I'm starting the Atkins diet again because i'm a fat heffer. My starting diet date was August 5, 2007. I weighed 198.8 pounds and had a body fat reading of 42% and was a US size 14/16. As of May 17, 2008 I am at 181 and a US size 12. Its been a very slow process but its going down! I've found that i cannot eat bread or sugar...i just gain weight quickly with that food! Keep wishing me luck! Measurements at start August 2, 2007 - Weight:198.8
