Um, yeah hi. I'm Sheyna, I'm 41, I live in Marco Island, Fl with my husband Jeff and my cat Mr. Al, he's very old and bears a striking resemblence to Scattman Cruthers (my kitty, not my husband,LOL). I take water aerobics at the Y, it's a great class, I love my instructor and the other ladies we have alot of fun. I really love the water and the sun, it keeps me in shape and it's good for depression as well.When I'm not in the sun or the water, I'm either reading a book or futzing around on the net.If not, then I'm smoking cigarettes and watching Captain Kangaroo. Don't tell me there's nothing to do. Well, my cat died, and I STILL haven't gained any weight!!!! Give me slack, or kill me. |
