Before I got married and stopped training so much, I was a fit triathlete who weighed 123 lbs. I have gained 20 lbs since then and am now trying to lose about 15 of them. I don't have the time to work out the way I used to, but I figure that running, Pilates and weight training will help me lose the weight. The only good thing is that when I gain weight, I gain it proportionately, so 2 inches on the hips will mean 2 inches everywhere else. I have some size 4 dresses that I'd like to get back into. Any advise from this website would help. |
