I reached a top weight of 258 pounds a few years ago, and last year, through very small changes to my diet and adding in a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day, I was able to drop 30 pound sin about two months. Unfortunately, after loosing my job and sitting around at home for a year, I've gained all but 8 pounds of it back. I'm here to hopefully get back on track and get down to my goal weight of 170 pounds this time. |
