HI!! I'm Amariah, Im new to this whole Calorie count thing, but I'm excited to start!! I'm 19, 5'0 and I weigh about 168 and my goal is to weigh around 140. I've never been fully happy about my apperance, and sometimes I think that hurts my relationship with my boyfriend. I dont mean to be unhappy, but whenever you look in the closet and u have NOTHING to wear..or u think NOTHING looks good on you, its hard to ignore. I dont look "fat" but I would like to loose a few extra pounds..I'm doing this for myself! I always say that im going to do something, then after a week I go back to my normal ways...so I'm kind of hoping that i'll stick with this.
