I made my first new years resolutions ever this year and am finding it difficult to break old habbits. However I am moving in the right direction as I've recently started studying Yang style T'ai Chi Chuan which teaches me to relax. I'm going to get back into school soon after a 3 year hiatus to study exercise science/nutrition. Once school's out of the way I hope to travel. Where to I don't know, I just want to see the world.
